Pinky Bobo was found today, spayed. The perpetrator? Franny. She must feel that Pinky no longer needs her "lady parts". Franny was released with no charges. Franny has a long list of offenses; one count of damage to a bra, a few counts of misdemeanor battery involving Mr. Bear and other victims, several counts of bed wetting, and one count of food theft... and the list goes on.
